2. Data we process
- Contact form. Name, email address, company name (optional) and the message you submit.
- Email correspondence. Any information you choose to include when contacting us by email.
- Technical logs. IP address, user agent and timestamps of requests, processed by our hosting provider for security, debugging and abuse prevention.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Respond to your inquiry and enter into pre-contractual or contractual exchanges — based on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 31 nFADP; Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR where applicable).
- Operate, secure and improve the website — based on our legitimate interest in providing a reliable service and preventing abuse (Art. 31 nFADP; Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).
- Comply with legal obligations where applicable.
4. Recipients and processors
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share information only with processors strictly necessary to operate the site:
- Resend — delivers the email sent from the contact form to us.
- Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland) — provides domain registration and website hosting, and processes technical logs. Data is hosted in data centres located in Switzerland.
5. International transfers
The website, domain and technical logs are hosted in Switzerland with Infomaniak. Email delivery through Resend may involve processing of data outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area; in such cases, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as recognised adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
Contact-form messages are retained only as long as needed to respond to your request and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for a short period, typically up to 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use only technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to function. We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (nFADP and, where applicable, GDPR), you may request access to your data, its rectification, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, write to admin@syntalys.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, where applicable, the competent supervisory authority in your country.
